  1. Sad to see you don't like Persuasion. One of my favorite Austin novels. I don't know how popular the 1995 movie adaptation is in the UK currently, but if you haven't watched it I recommend you do, maybe it'll change your perspective. I actually read the book after watching the movie, because I loved the movie so much 🙂

  2. What are your favourite moments/scenes in the Harry Potter series? Did you like the ending and/or epilogue? Do you think Ron and Hermione make a good couple? Do you agree with/like the theory that Crookshanks previously belonged to the Potters? 🙂 Can't wait for the HP video!

  3. I'm a ravenclaw too! What's your patronus? Who are your favourite Harry Potter characters and why? What are your favourite parts from the books that were left out of the films? What wizard of job would you have? Have you seen the fantastic beasts film and what did you think of it?

My favourite character is hermione, she meant a lot to me when I was growing up because it made me feel like it was okay to be a nerd and okay to be bookish. I'm excited for your Harry Potter video!!

  4. I'd love to know your opinion on Snape and which side you're on with him; do you think he's a self-sacrificing hero or a dick who happened to do good? (I'm definitely the latter haha)

  5. HP question: if you had access to the Room of Requirement, what would you use it for?
I found Persuasion to be a really quiet read, and you're right, Anne is a bit hard to pin down. For me, she was more of an observer character, and I got a bit frustrated with her sometimes for not doing things for herself more often. She just seems to float along a little. I still enjoyed the book, but I can see how you might not find it as engaging as other Austens.

  6. Not necessarily bookish but really cool pins are sold at Punky Pins – I follow them on instagram so you can see the sorts of things they sell! 🙂
I think they're more like the Don't Be A Dick pin!

  7. I love Anna Karenina! it's so funny because I think most people who have read the book, at least from what I've seen/heard on BookTube, say that Levin is their favorite character. He's mine, too! I found myself much more interested in Levin and Kitty when I was reading that book, more than Anna and Vronsky's storyline.

  8. I'm sorry to hear you're not clicking with Persuasion. It's probably the Austen that I only grew to love when I was older but now it's easily my second favorite after P&P. Have you seen the tv movie adaptation the BBC made back in 2007? it's quite good at bringing the characters' foibles to life.

HP Q: what class would you be most excited to take at Hogwarts?

  9. Every time I eat a dibdab I am taken back to the wizarding world because it's what I was eating when my Mum first read Philosopher's Stone to me.

Do you have a sensory memory that you associate with Potter?

    1. A popular character who you dislike (or disagree with their actions/decisions)
    2. If you had to eat ONE flavour of Bertie Bott's beans for the rest of your life what would it be and why?

Looking forward to this video! 😀

And, you're definitely making me want to push 'Extremely Loud' up my to read list!

  10. I'm not sure if you peruse the BookRiot website. It's a website that usually posts about all things that have to do with books(book recs, book deals of the day, libraries, book charities, giveways, etc). They also have a few book-related podcasts. Since you were looking for bookish gifts or items, I know they regularly post a themed thread weekly or monthly called Book Fetish ( Normally, the posts display and link to a number of sites across the web that are selling bookish shirts, buttons, coffee cups, etc. You should definitely check it out. Be warned: it can be addictive.
