Renowned Nigerian artist Adekunle Gold, known as AG Baby, has shared valuable advice with men, urging them to pay closer attention to their well-being.
AG Baby, celebrated for his melodious music, took to Twitter to draw attention to the historical trend where men tend to have shorter lifespans than women. In 2021, the average life expectancy for males was 73.2 years, while it was 79.1 years for females. Various factors contribute to this disparity, including lifestyle choices, genetics, and insufficient preventive healthcare.
In response to this, the 'Ogaranya' singer stressed the importance of self-care and encouraged men to prioritize their health and well-being.
He tweeted, "Men, take care of yourself. Grandma lives longer than Grandpa in this world."
