In a recent development at Yaba Magistrate's Court in Lagos State, singer Azeez Fashola, popularly known as Naira Marley, and Lagos socialite Balogun Eletu, also known as Sam Larry, have been granted bail on Monday. Each of them was required to post a bail bond of N20 million and provide three reliable sureties.

This decision comes after Naira Marley, Sam Larry, and two others were arraigned and subsequently remanded on October 6 in connection with the circumstances surrounding the death of musician Ilerioluwa Aloba, widely known as Mohbad.

Magistrate Adeola Olatunbosun presided over the case and issued several conditions as part of their bail terms. The defendants are obligated to surrender their passports and are instructed to make weekly appearances at the State Criminal Investigation Department located at Panti, Lagos.

Furthermore, Magistrate Olatunbosun emphasized that any attempts to directly contact her regarding the case would be documented and could potentially be disclosed during open court proceedings.
