Guinness World Records had previously recognized Nigerian chef Hilda Bassey, also known as Hilda Baci, for her remarkable feat in the longest cooking marathon by an individual, having cooked for an impressive 93 hours. However, the stage dramatically shifted when Fisheran's astounding culinary prowess took center stage.

On a momentous Tuesday, Guinness World Records proudly proclaimed Fisheran as the new record holder for the longest cooking marathon by an individual, achieving a staggering time of 119 hours and 57 minutes. This astonishing accomplishment surpassed Baci's record by over 24 hours, underscoring Fisheran's dedication and endurance in the culinary realm.
